As we are operating mainly on Pre-order/Back-order basis and some are limited stocks item. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

You may return most new and unused items with all garment tags attached within 7 days* of delivery for an exchange or full refund (exclude sales item, accessories, swimwear and inner garments such as Tights/Leggings, due to hygiene reasons). In the event that the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) the exchange shipping fees are fully borne by us. If the exchange/return is due to incorrect size selected during purchase or change of mind, the 2 way shipping fees are borne by the customers. Please note that only 1 time exchange/return is permitted, the exchanged order does not qualify for second exchange.

You may exchange/return the items from [Fashion Therapy Section] if it didn’t fit you well (it’s better than staying in your closet =D)

3. Name of item that you want to exchange for (only for exchange)

All items must be in its original condition with the garment tags in place. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original state and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/returns that do not meet our policy and items will be sent back to the customers.

*Return/exchange is possible within 7 days from the delivered date shown in Roadbull/SF express tracking system, otherwise it shall not be accepted.

**Do note that all refund will be in the form of credits which can be used for any merchandise within the same product section (Fashion/Beauty) in our store. 

The whole exchange/return process is estimated to take about 8- 15 working days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

How to Shop/Product

We have pre-order on every Thursdays to introduce new and latest items.

The average waiting time for items to deliver generally takes about 3 – 4 weeks after the end of pre-order period.

After pre-order period, we will update the stocks in the store as ready stocks and they will only take 2-3 working days to deliver to you once order is received.

For all kids apparel in our store, the products are 100% certified by Korea Government for safety reasons.

Korea has introduced new law to regulate the children apparel industry. This move is to safeguard all Mummy and Children on the product safety.

There are too many imitation products around which only focus to copy the design but uses fabric of unknown sources that are harmful for skin and health. So when shopping for kids apparel, remember to check for the KC mark.
